Take Suji in a Bowl.
Add Beetroot, Tomato and Onions to it.
Add curd and mix the ingredients with a whisker.
Add water to the mixture and keep whisking until you get the desired consistency. Your batter shall have dosa like consistency, neither too thick nor too thin.
Let this mixture rest for around 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, your mixture will become thick. Check the consistency and add more water if required.
Add salt to the batter (for kids older than 1 years)
Heat a pan and apply ghee on it. Put one ladle of batter on the pan and spread it to make an Uttapam. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Apply ghee on the top and flip the Uttapam. Cook until it becomes golden brown from both sides. Your SUJI BEETROOT UTTAPAM is ready to be served to your tiny tot.
